Statement
I am a plein air oil and pastel artist residing in Crozet, Virginia. I do local landscapes, the Blue Ridge Mountains, florals, outdoor still life, potraits of people and animals, figurative art. I am represented by Cabell gallery in Lexington, Va; The Little Gallery in Roanoke. Va; LinDor Arts in Roanoke. Va. I am an Associate member of Oil Painters of America, Pastel Society of America; Signature member of North Western Pastel Society and South Eastern Pastel Society. I received more than 30 awards in juried pastel shows, including two Honorable mentions in Pastel 100 magazine competition and a finalist in Artist's magazine in Wildlife category. An article about me was featured in Plein Air magazine April/May issue in 2018.
